What you can cancel

Any service you pay for on our website through LemonSqueezy: the Pro or Max subscription, a Bariatric AI Clinics plan or additional storage.

What happens next

When you send the request we give you a code, on this screen and by email. Cancelling is free of charge. So that nobody can request it in your name, we may ask you to confirm it from your email: if you pay on our website, the email may include a link and, once you confirm, the subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the paid period. When it is done, we will let you know by email.

Subscriptions in the App Store or Google Play

If you pay from the iPhone or Android app, Apple or Google charges you and we cannot cancel it: you cancel it in the store.
