Cancel your purchase without giving a reason and without signing in
What you can cancel
Any purchase made on our website through LemonSqueezy: the Pro or Max subscription, a Bariatric AI Clinics plan, credits or additional storage.
Time limit
You have 10 calendar days from the purchase or from when you received the service, whichever is later. You do not need to explain why.
How we refund you
Through the same payment method you used, via LemonSqueezy, our payment processor. When you send the request we give you a code to follow it up, on this screen and by email.
Purchases in the App Store or Google Play
If you paid from the iPhone or Android app, Apple or Google charged you, and the cancellation and refund are requested in the store:
- App Store: cancel the subscription · request a refund
- Google Play: cancel the subscription · request a refund
