Time limit
You have 10 calendar days from the purchase or from when you received the service, whichever is later. You do not need to explain why.
How we refund you
We refund the amount you paid, with no deduction for what you already used (Argentine Law 24,240, sec. 34), through the same payment method you used. When you send the request we give you a code to follow it up, on this screen and by email.
